Fine Powder Vitamin C

One pound of pure, fine powder vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid. Nothing else added.

100 mesh makes it easily dissolvable in water; better than crystalized!

Vitamin C flush directions: Mix 3-5 grams in a small amount of water every 15-30 minutes until loose stools are produced. Cut back by 10% to achieve your bowel tolerance. Bowel tolerance is the amount of C for you to consume daily in divided doses. Reference our guide for more information.
