We all know it - shipping is expensive these days. We do not profit off of shipping and all related costs are what we are charged to get your package promptly to you. We are always looking for the most cost-effective service and currently that is USPS Priority Mail which typically arrives in 1-3 business days, depending on location. We do offer free shipping for any order over $75 and free local pickup if you are in Monmouth or Burlington counties in New Jersey (just choose "Local Pickup" in Checkout).

Don't fret! There is nothing wrong with your product. Residual powder is normal and to be expected due to production. When the bottle is finished, we like to use the extra powder in our water - give it a try!
